Very nice Hotel, the lobby, pool and generally everything is nice. We stayed in a smaller room this time because the suites were occupied and I booked late. No extra bathroom and no microwave or tub but still very good and a wonderful value!

    People were jumping in the swimming pool with clothes.

    People were jumping in the swimming pool with clothes. No hygiene. Housekeeping staff was indifferent and rude. No Indian cuisine. When asked for cutlery in the room they said it's chargeable. Only 2 bottles of drinking water was provided each day

    Within walking distance to Mydin supermarket & local restaurants. Calm, quiet and secure apartment with restricted entry. Good value for money for a family visit. Ethan was very helpful with reservations, key collection & was on call for any assistance !!

    Thank you for allowing late check out without extra charge & complimentary parking space. If you want more often visit from the guest please once in a while offer lower rates like other 5 stars hotels are doing. Just my thoughts.

    All was ok except TV was not working and technician took forever to arrive and finally was change to another room. Breakfast was late and had to keep chasing several times. Breakfast arrive half an hour late

    The stay offered a stunning view of Subang Jaya city from the lift area, which was a highlight of my stay. Coway filtered water was a great addition, ensuring clean and refreshing drinking water. Security guard was exceptionally helpful and attentive, adding a sense of safety and comfort. The room was well-equipped with essential amenities, including a washing machine, microwave, fridge and ironing board. The beds were comfortable, and the comforter provided a cozy night's sleep

    The place and the rooms were beautiful. The staff was the best and I would definitely recommend to stay here again. The staff called Shahmeer and Sam were the best staff that I have ever met. I will like to thank them. If you come to Malaysia I would definitely stay at this hotel.
