The rooms are beautiful and really clean. Breakfast was also great. At breakfast you also meet the hostess/owner, who is very friendly. Location is very central and close to the restaurants in the village and bus stop.

Lovely spacious place and location Checkin went smooth and person who checked us in was lovely. Food was ok, breakfast was great. I do not u der stand what it is only rated as 7,4. It deserves more than that.

Wonderful accommodation in central Maastricht location. I particularly like the communal café/living room, and the fact that guests can relax there while having coffee or tea all day long. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean and tidy, and good value for money. I've already stayed here twice, and would be very happy to go back.

I like that it is far ftom the city and that it is close to the peaceful countryside where i could watch birds, goats, cows etc. Beautiful !

I stayed at Van Oys for one night on a business trip and was extremely impressed. The hotel combines beautiful design with a calm, upscale atmosphere. The room was very comfortable, the spa was excellent, and the overall level of service truly stood out. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional, making the stay effortless from start to finish. Even for a short stay, everything was perfectly taken care of. Highly recommended.

Everything. The hotel exceeded expectations, great facilities such as pool and sauna, a well equipped gym as far as hotel gyms go. The restaurant was also amazing, ate there during the whole stay as I felt no need to go elsewhere.

The hotel located closed with village and with wonderful view of greenfield, very quiet and with fresh air. Facilities are pretty new. Cuisine are fantastic.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. Every team member I encountered was friendly and professional. Specially when it comes to the owner ‘Toni’, she is the most lovely and funny lady, amazing and so generous I ever seen. Believe it or not, you feel like you are at home. At the end of the day, it is a B&B place where you can start your day with a smiley face then visit the lovely old town and at the night you sleep tight, calm and safe.
