We have visited Lemmer many times over the years and are happy to find many of the same restaurants and bars still going (especially after Covid). It is a vibrant, friendly town, based around the Ijsselmeer and canals, many boats of all shapes and sizes. We didn't swim in the Ijsselmeer (it was May, and bear in mind it used to be part of the North Sea!) The harbors are really nice, and there are nice views, a lovely city. And perfectly cycling place to Lemmer. The train station is a little bit far, so if you are cycling to Lemmer and want to transfer by public transport in the middle, it's not that easy.,Guest review byXiaojuanNetherlands
