Everything went well. Room was perfect and quiet for a one night stay before a long flight. Very comfortable. Short walk to the terminal. No need to go outside in the rain.
Food was very good and interesting. They even had my favorite Indonesian dish. Good wine

Big room for a family of four. Easy connection to Schiphol with the public bus. (Don't bother with their shuttle bus)
It's a simple basic hotel. Not special but works for one night stay as we needed to get to Schiphol super early in the morning.

It is super convenient that its inside Schiphol, I did not have to go through passport control again when my flight got cancelled near midnight so it was a huge time saver.

The gateway to the Netherlands, Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is one of the world’s busiest international passenger terminals and home to the Dutch national airline, KLM.
The airport sits on reclaimed land around 10 feet below sea level on the site of a former huge inland lake. In fact, the name Schiphol may mean "ship grave," a reference to the ships that would periodically be sunk in its turbulent waters.
A train station serving many Dutch cities lies beneath the terminal building which houses a mini Rijksmuseum exhibition, reference library with multilingual books, and plenty of shops selling the ubiquitous clogs, tulip bulbs and cheese.
Booking.com’s range of Schiphol Airport hotels includes several on-site hotels. Others are in neighboring Hoofddorp, a town also within the area of the former lake, whose De Eersteling windmill overlooks a dike encircling a former fort.
Another windmill, the Molen van Sloten, is across a canal from Badhoevedorp on the airport’s north side. To the east, the huge Amsterdamse Bos forest is a haven of peace and tranquillity (apart from the occasional aircraft!) and borders Amstelveen. To the southwest is Aalsmeer, a town set on the huge Westeinderplassen Lake, and whose massive flower auction house receives daily consignments from all over the world.

I love Schiphol.
I love Schiphol. It is big (and landing at the far end of B can be tedious), but for its size it is quite manageable, and a great advantage not to have to travel separately between terminals. Nice lounges, good Cava. Very pleasant personnel.

I really didn't do anything around Schiphol.
I really didn't do anything around Schiphol. I was just briefly there for my flight back to the States. That being said, since the hotel was less than 10 minutes from the train station, it did open up possibilities to easily visit other parts of the Netherlands.

Schiphol have many options for travelers relating to shopping, food, etc. It has lounges for those who want to work or relax in a slightly nicer environment.
I made use of the Aspire lounge, fair selection of food, good WiFi connection, and the good coffee and drink options. There is enough space to sit and work.

Very happy with the hotel.
Very happy with the hotel. Stayed 1 night after arriving late into Schiphol airport. Good parking. Lovely clean, comfortable room. Very quiet during the night. Excellent breakfast - plenty of variety. Staff in breakfast room and at reception were fantastic- so friendly and welcoming to our children and helpful when I had questions about travelling to the city centre. Very happy with our choice and would definitely stay again.

Shiphol is a world into it's self!
Shiphol is a world into it's self! Be ready for long walks and long lines at anytime. However, they offer great assistance to those with walking disabilities and if you have any issues at all with walking, please avail yourself of these services. In addition to the long walks, there are often stairs to take to the bus that will take you to your plane where there will be more stairs to climb into the cabin. Be warned! Give yourself plenty of extra time to check-in, get to your gate or your connection.
We had a long layover so we bought a day pass to the KLM lounge (we were flying KLM) and it was well worth the money. The lounge was comfortable, well stocked with food and drinks, clean facilities and wifi. Recommend!

we were disappointed and would probably not return to this hotel in the future. the property was clean and in a good area. the food we ordered was good. the shuttle to the airport was good and timely. the lack of information provided by the hotel was our biggest problem - for those who are savvy world travelers it would probably not have presented an issue but for two older people who are not familiar with the hotel a LOT of information would have been helpful.
This hotel was an absolutely delightful surprise. I had no clue that it was so close to the Schiphol airport (you can literally walk from the terminal to the hotel). The check-in was super fast. They were generous enough that they allowed me to check in early. I was able to rest before a long trip back to Boston. The breakfast was buffet style, it was included with my room fee. The room, while not too big, was everything I needed. It IS quirky, but definitely worth staying here. The service from all staff was impeccable.
Nice clean hotel with good free bus shuttle service to and from
Schiphol airport.
Good train service from Schiphol airport to Amsterdam Centraal
Very comfortable beds.
