Quirky, cosy, fun little cottages, Good kitchens despite being small. We heated soup, toasted bread, stored food in the bar sized fridges for breakfast. Great pool for a cold plunge in winter!

Cute A-frame cottage that harks back to yesteryear. We like the humble vibe. Beautiful valley views from near our cabin. Everything worked in the cabin and we used it’s little kitchen in preference to the communal one. Shared amenities are tired but quite functional. We’ve stayed here before and will do again!

Really cute place to stay on the way to the West Coast. It's in the middle of nowhere so very quiet and you can see so many stars at night. The cabin I stayed in was fun and vintage and a good size.

The mattress was super, super comfy and the linen used was lovely. No WIFI in the chalet available but WIFI in the Kitchen/Dining, so drafted a number of emails during the evening to family and friends in my room, but sent them whilst I had breakfast next morning, which worked out just fine.

I stayed here as a child, and to bring my own family back was a treat. The A-frame house we stayed in had been maintained and was very cosy. It had great water pressure, was hot too, and clean and tidy. The host had the heater on for our late arrival, and the kids we very keen to jump into the on-site swimming pool, which was sadly closed at the time of our stay, however, it look clean and inviting regardless.
