It is located on a hill so had a great view. The place was clean and parking was available. Self check in worked great especially since we didn't arrive until 12:30am. Very responsive when we couldn't find the location right away even at a very late/early hour.

The staff are very kind and helpful. They warmly welcomed us at the airport with a floral lei in an immaculate van. The bungalow is very clean, comfortable and near Papeete airport. Thank you Sienna

I can’t recommend this place enough - it is absolutely fabulous! The room and house are a beautiful oasis, and the owners are incredible. Heinui and Florent were so hospitable - they picked me up from the airport, and I had the most wonderful time chatting with them over dinner. I had an early morning flight, and Heinui woke up incredibly early to make me pancakes and drive me to the airport.
Even though I had a short stay, it was absolutely fabulous!

I loved how communicative Ingrid was throughout the whole process. I asked her if she could set some flowers out for my girlfriend as a romantic surprise and she was more than happy to oblige. Furthermore, she actually messaged me about some wonderful pastries and desserts that she would be happy to pick up for her and have for us when we arrived (which were great)! The apartment itself was so incredible. The view from there was absolutely stunning. The apartment was very clean and felt homey. The shower was huge too and that's always a plus in my book when traveling. I truly couldn't ask for anything better. The location of the apartment is less than 10min driving from the main road, so you are plenty out of the way of the busyness, but definitely still close to any shopping or markets you may need. Plus we had a parking garage which was super comforting. I couldn't recommend this place enough.

Very hard to locate the actual apartment as there are no signs and the name appears to be wrong. Lucky for us to find a lovely generous occupant who helped us into our studio apartment. Fair walk to the shops due to the property being so high up the hill but the views from our balcony was fabulous. The swimming pool was a very big plus.

When we arrived from the States, we took a taxi to Pepeete for proximity to the ferry terminal (we were headed to Moorea next day). Flying back from another island in FP a few weeks later, we stayed in Faaa since we would be flying back to the States the next day.
Now we know, we'd stay in Faaa on both ends and taxi to the ferry terminal if we were planning to go to Moorea next.

Faaa itself is OK.
Faaa itself is OK. It's the Royal room in the hills tgat was problematic. The room is not really as described. Seems it's run by someone else than the owner, possibly absentee house owner. Many people come and go from the Royal. One group came for a visit and occupied the terrace. They were polite and quiet but smoked, so no joining for us. The house cleaness is questionable and it appears there is more lodgers than the one the who sleep in the loft. Living room dingy with curtains closed and sofa. Underfurnished. The bedding feels cheap and polyester-like. Parking is a total headache on a narrow ledge. Finally someone came to move own car but with another motorcycle in the small place that was hardly useful. Dog poo was there, easy to step in. It's close to airport but there are nicer places to stay than here. Valley location was nice. Otherwise do not recommend this place. As to airport facility, it was easy to park a car at longterm to jump to another island for 2 days.

Faaa is the gateway to French Polynesia.
Faaa is the gateway to French Polynesia. It is a beautiful city capturing the culture of Tahiti. I visited several markets while there and was impressed by the local pearl, oils for the skin and fruit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in beautiful Tahiti! Thank you from Canada!

Many mosquitoes in Tahiti…bring repellent!
Many mosquitoes in Tahiti…bring repellent! The hosts have mosquito repellent coils lit in the open common area and it helps. A small main gathering area for breakfast, share use of regular size fridge for leftovers, grocery store food, etc. A water machine to refill your own water bottle, coffee maker, hot tea pitcher, microwave, stove, etc all in common area & shared if you’d like to cook own meals. It’s very clean in the area. Also, a washer is available for use for your clothes & hang dry. The hosts are very kind and accommodating.

Perfect located for an airport stopover in Faaa or a stay in Papeete. The hosts were superb collecting us from the airport, buying us pastries and dropping us off at the airport. Nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation has everything you need for self-catering with a supermarket just a 5 min walk away. And the place was absolutely spotless! You can’t go wrong booking here!!
The hospitality and the kindness of the host we are so grateful for! All the necessities were met. She really helped us to transit smoothly given our odd hours. Highly recommended for anyone waiting for a flight. We were considering a hotel day pass but this was a way better option to have a proper rest. Thank you so much!
Overall experience is great. The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The location is perfect, very close to the airport. However for midnight arrival, would be better to take the taxi as the alley walking up to the hotel is very dark at night and some parts only have gravels.
Excellent hotel with beautiful sunsets over Moorea. Tahiti itself isn't as beautiful as Moorea or Bora Bora, but this hotel is exceptional if you decide to stay a few days on the main island of French Polynesia.
The only good thing about this hotel is the location. And yet, it is on a steep hill. It is a mistake to think you can easily walk up with your luggage because of its proximity to the airport.
