Simple accommodations, but clean. Our host was absolutely amazing and helped us out with every little thing. Apo Island is not fancy. No running water, electricity only in the evening, and limited cell service (no wifi). But it’s good to take a break from all of that.

First of all the owner treated us like if we were part of her family, whom we met while staying there. Her guesthouse is in the center of the village and the rooms are really comfortable and cute. There is a common area where we shared delicious meals with other guests and everything you need is at disposition.

The hosts were incredibly accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was great every morning - good portions and delicious. The room was comfortable and clean with working AC, hot water, and good beds. She helped arrange a motorbike, she had great recommendations for things to do in Dauin, she even upgraded me to the bigger suite free of charge! And of course the pool and view of the ocean were just spectacular! TLT Guesthouse was really perfect - I only wish I could've stayed longer!
