It was located in a clean, nice environment with easy access to eateries, public transpo, supermarket, church etc. Right-sized pool, enough and spacious elevators, wonderful dining area and aesthetic reception area. The beach was a 10-minute walk away but they have a jeepney to shuttle guests to and from beach area. All staff showed courtesy and friendly demeanor especially the guards, pool lifeguard, and restaurant service staff.

This property knows luxury, customer service and hospitality from start to end - airport pick-up was quick, check-in was a breeze with the staff explaining everything about the hotel, rooms were spacious, with a wonderful view of the ocean, Ocean Club Lounge was a fantastic relief from the midday sun and served snacks all-day, beach area was excellent with numerous lounge chairs all around (there’s no need to panic about running out of lounge chairs, despite the hotel being full for the New Year celebrations) and the Breeze Bar just kept the fresh buko flowing, spa facilities were exceptional with their magnificent lobby and treatmet rooms, breakfast at Aqua (cheers to Eloise) was wonderful. Safety was a primary point here, with lifeguards everywhere (there was evening one lifeguard on a boat in the water, about a hundred meters from shore). Lobby lounge was a nice place to unwind. The New Year’s Eve countdown party on the beach also helped make our stay more memorable. Check out was also efficient as you can do it from multiple points (we checked-out at the Ocean Club Lounge.

Location didn't matter so much because we didn't leave the resort that often. Breakfast and staff were exceptional

Beautiful gardens and pools. Comfortable for my senior parents we were with. Food was exceptional and the staff too. However, I lost a tiny semi-precious stone bracelet in my room. Not an expensive item but still it was disappointing to lose something inside the room. Room was very clean and fresh. Ideal place to wind down with family. It can be busy during weekends with events and day use clients.
