If you are going to see Tagaytay, the best way is by trike, we hired a wonderful young man by the the name of John Romeo who was on call whenever we wanted to go places, he was the perfect tour guide, and getting around Tagaytay this way was simply the best!! The other reason is there is no Grab taxi service here so it's difficult to get around unless you have your own car, but I recommend leaving your car in the car park and hiring a trike.

Disappointed.
Disappointed. We paid P7400 for 2 small condo units which requires renovations.
Room 544 needs renovation, while Room 1506 is in acceptable condition and offers a pleasant view overlooking the pool area.
The caretaker requested an additional ₱1,000 for an extra child. Separate charges of per person also apply for the use of the basketball court and ₱150/head for the use of swimming pool (you can smell the very strong chlorine and no lifeguards on duty, swim at your own risk). Additionally, an overnight parking fee of ₱500 was charged for the period from 4:00 PM to 12:00 noon. These additional charges were unexpected and caused some inconvenience to the guests, highlighting the need for clearer communication regarding fees before booking or arrival.
Furthermore, the extra single mattresses provided had no covers and appeared to have been used by previous guests. They were placed directly on the floor without protective covers or proper platforms. This arrangement was uncomfortable and unhygienic, particularly because the floor was too cold for guests to sleep on comfortably.
Overall, these concerns highlight the need for room renovations, improved cleanliness and preparation of extra bedding, and greater transparency regarding additional charges. Addressing these issues would help ensure a more comfortable, convenient, and satisfactory experience for future guests.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay in Tagaytay.
We had a wonderful and relaxing stay in Tagaytay. The place was clean, comfortable, and peaceful, making it the perfect spot to unwind and spend quality time with family. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Tagaytay is a great place.
Tagaytay is a great place. It is one of our bucket list place to visit. Medyo mahal lang Ang mga etrike hehe. Maganda sana maglakad2x kaya lang rainy season this august🙂, but to sun it up, it was a great experience.

I enjoyed my stay in Tagaytay.
I enjoyed my stay in Tagaytay. The place was exceptionally clean, cozy, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. Everything was well-maintained, and the peaceful atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and well-rested. I would gladly stay here again.

Taal Lake area is a scenic view.
Taal Lake area is a scenic view. There are so many good restaurants and cozy cafeteria nearby. It's a relaxing place. Just be aware of traffic during weekends.
Visit the Twin Lakes area and also the resto like Balay Dako and Antonios. Go food tripping.
Be sure to book with legit hosts. I recommend this one. I will try the unit facing Taal.Lake next time.

Very disappointed because the Security Guard they didn't let us in even we have Booking Number and all details are booking they demand Authorization letter from owner of accommodation! We called the mobile number on booking information but he doesn't help organise from reception to come outside the appointment we travelling from Manila to tagaytay long drive We don't have room to stay with seniors on board we need to apply fully refund and damaged for all cost that day!
