Very nice hotel, our room was quite big, I was very surprised, also a lot of possibilities for a breakfast and really tasty.

Exceptionally nice and helpful Ms Sara at the reception I had to extend my stay

Zdecydowanie polecam ten obiekt rodzinom szukającym udanego wypoczynku!

Level of finishes in room, cleanliness, options for meals

Our stay was very comfortable, and we had a beautiful mountain view. The breakfast is delicious, and the service is excellent. The pool and saunas are relaxing and clean, with free towels and robes available. Guests also have access to a ski room. The ski bus station is conveniently located downhill. It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel - highly recommend! P.S. Huge thanks to the aqua aerobics trainer!

Clean, great location just steps from at least 10 restaurants.

The location was conveniently located, close to train station and city buses and walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the historic old city. The hotel is beautifully renovated, very clean and quiet.

The hotel is simply fantastic. Set in beautiful surroundings, it offers clean and spacious suites and excellent food. We stayed there with our young children (1.5 and 3.5 years old), and they thoroughly enjoyed it as well. They had a great time in the large playroom and the children's pools, while my wife and I were also able to relax and unwind. We can wholeheartedly recommend the sauna world.

Very comfortable rooms, tasty breakfast, and great location. And what is the most important, the spa. Totally recommended

The staff there were so nice and really went out of their way to be helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, just a little small. Breakfast was delicious. There were plenty of breakfast choices. The finnish was great.

Very nice staff. Excellent service. Beautiful room.

I would like to share my feedback about the hotel and the staff. The location is excellent with beautiful views. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Agnieszka. She was extremely patient in answering all our questions and went above and beyond to make our stay at the hotel, and even in the city more enjoyable. She kindly assisted us with transportation and provided great recommendations for visiting the main attractions. I truly appreciate all her efforts and support during our stay.
