Our stay was really nice. We enjoyed everything this hotel has to offer. The breakfast is delicious, you can find water, tea and coffee in the room. Also the rooms are very clean. Beautiful spa with swimming pool, saunas and jacuzzi. A 10 for the staff!

We liked absolutely everything during our stay in Aries Hotel Zakopane. Staff was smiling all the time and in the amazing SPA you will recharge your batteries and relax for sure. Also breakfast was superb and very tasty where you can taste different traditional Polish dishes. Design of the hotel is totally detailed and you will be amazed for sure too, as we were.     The room was unbelievable - better than we originally thought it was going to be. We didn’t realise there was a hotel attached that we had full access too (of course with added cost if using the restaurant/spa) of which, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The experience felt very luxurious. The location was great as it was a mere 8 minute walk to the centre. We would definitely come back and recommend this to anybody else visiting Zakopane.

    Amazing weekend with Wielka Krokiew:) Superb location near ski jumping area and great mountain views. Hospitality beyond 10 points, we felt ourselves like we are a home. The apartments looks as 4-5 stars hotels. After a hiking tour it was so nice to relax at spa. Sauna, jacuzzi, salt room, everything was exceptional and we can't wait to return to Wielka Krokiew:) Dżęnkuę bardzo za wakacje:) Absolutely recommend to stay here.

    Great hotel, clean and modern rooms, right in the city centre, very close to nice restaurants, shops and attractions. The staff informed us that there were some minor issues with bookings which didn’t affect us, but we were upgraded to a premium room without asking anyway which was very nice! Good breakfast and a secure parking space were a bonus!
