A beautiful property away from the busy parts of Sintra but well located to visit the highlights. The room was very comfortable, breakfast was delicious and generous and the staff extremely helpful. The gardens alone are worth a visit.

Location and the whole atmospere. But the most of our stay made a young girl, who was serving breakfast : she offered home made cerials,coffe, but she made us feel so comfortable , that I forhot of some minuses I was disappointed before.

The facilities were very nice and new. The room was large and comfortable. The little extras like fruit and lemonade were the cherry on top! The staff were also really fantastic and went out of their way for me!

Amazing hotel with a great location - just a couple of minutes walking from the train station. Breakfast was very good and every day some new sweets and fruits, the mattress, pillows and bedding made us sleep like babies. The star of this hotel is the owner - Mister Rui. He welcomed us like a family, gave us lots of recommendations - where to eat, what to see, which hidden walking trail to take and on our last day gave an amazing suggestion to visit Cascais and take a train to Lisbon which goes by the ocean and we did and it definitely made our trip better! Hotel has beautiful terrace where you can a sun and watch a sunset looking at a Moorish Castle on a top of a mountain. Our sincere recommendation to everyone who wants to experience family owned business.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Sintra. The location is perfect for exploring the historic center, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout my stay. I loved everything about this property. It’s perfectly located in the centre, just a short walk from the main square. I especially loved the view from my apartment on the third floor, and everything was spotless and exceptionally well maintained. I also want to mention how kind the cleaner was. She brought me fresh bread and coffee pods every day. Even though we didn’t speak the same language, her warmth and kindness came through😊 I would also like to thank the staff for their help with a small payment issue I experienced. Jessica, in particular, was incredibly professional and always responded to my messages quickly and efficiently. I’ve been using Booking.com and Airbnb for many years, and this was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Sometimes it’s not about how luxurious or expensive a place is—what truly makes a stay special are the people who work there and genuinely care about their guests. Thank you all for making my stay so comfortable and memorable. This was my fourth visit to Sintra, and I will definitely be staying at Pendoa again. Obrigada! 🙏
