What was there not to like??? The Historic building had lots of charm and the rooms were not only delightful but very well stocked with everything you need - toiletries etc - speaking of bathrooms the water was hot & lots of pressure - great showers. The location was the best! right in the middle of town right beside a pastry shop & Cafe and shops! Breakfast was excellent, with good choices of breads ( sliced meats & cheese) & hot drinks, juice & water - all in a great setting. I'd read the reviews before coming ( and expected blah) and now having come here and experienced it first hand, I really think some of the reviews are either nasty or small-minded. We'd come back here in a heartbeat and would recommend this place as top notch. We'd arrived early for checkin and were pleased to see a huge lounge that we could leave our bags and get on exploring the Obidos castle walls & shops! It is an old historic building that compliments the Obidos Castle setting - old & rustic. Enjoy! We had room 105 & 106 cheers

Everything was perfect, room, breakfast, location. Staff was so nice, they gave as map od the city and showed us what to see. We had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and that was also great.

The location, inside the walled village of Óbidos; the cleanliness and the silence. Everything worked well: shower, Aircon and TV set. D.Ema, the receptionist, was very helpful and gave us very good information.

Amazing stay in Óbidos — highly recommended! We know Óbidos very well and were genuinely surprised by this completely new hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations and made for a truly memorable stay. -Extremely friendly and attentive staff from the very first moment. At check-in, we were welcomed with a traditional ginjinha from Óbidos. -Beautifully designed rooms, very spacious, spotlessly clean, and with every detail carefully thought out. The room included both a bathtub and a separate shower. -Excellent breakfast served at the hotel restaurant next to the villas. Fresh products, great variety, and eggs freshly prepared to order. -Perfect location right next to the castle walls, with beautiful views over the pool and the castle. -Very peaceful area with extremely easy public parking right outside the hotel. -Fantastic ceramics workshop organized by the hotel — a unique experience that made our stay even more special. We will definitely come back!

Spacious room and a friendly welcome. A good place for short stays. Very convenient to visit Obidos, the Budhas Garden, Peniche and Nazare.
