Is and hotel for the price of hostel, nice location, breakfast and room also the personel is so nice

Great location, friendly welcoming helpful

The hotel itself is wonderful, the rooms are spacious and modern, and the lounge area is fabulous. We didn't have a chance to utilise the outdoor swimming pool due to rain, but we had a direct view to it from our room and it looked impeccable. The area is calm and green and allows for nice walks in nature and with a quick 5 minutes drive, you'll be in the heart of the Obidos Vila.

One of the best hotel I have stayed in it was so relaxing and a lovely rough round the edges that made it like being in an hotel set in a library

Superb location excellent customer service

Extremely helpful staff, from the reception, the manager and two very kind ladies in the breakfast area (Carla and Yeliam) and staff that helped us with the luggage. They made our stay very special. The hotel is perfectly located within the city walls. The room was cosy and breakfast delicious.

Amazing!! The whole experience was so unique! Everything we could have wished for and more from a night staying with a medieval castle. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Especially Jorge and Julianne.

Amazing stay in Óbidos — highly recommended! We know Óbidos very well and were genuinely surprised by this completely new hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations and made for a truly memorable stay. -Extremely friendly and attentive staff from the very first moment. At check-in, we were welcomed with a traditional ginjinha from Óbidos. -Beautifully designed rooms, very spacious, spotlessly clean, and with every detail carefully thought out. The room included both a bathtub and a separate shower. -Excellent breakfast served at the hotel restaurant next to the villas. Fresh products, great variety, and eggs freshly prepared to order. -Perfect location right next to the castle walls, with beautiful views over the pool and the castle. -Very peaceful area with extremely easy public parking right outside the hotel. -Fantastic ceramics workshop organized by the hotel — a unique experience that made our stay even more special. We will definitely come back!

Location, cleanliness and staff helpful

The hotel was well located, very clean, and the staff was very pleasant and friendly.

Close to town centre,plenty of hot and cold food for breakfast, beds veey comfortable and rooms cleaned every day.

Position convenient for my purposes. Not in the centre town which for me was a plus because there was free private parking, unlike other hotels in town centre.

The warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the staff at Hotel Aqua d'Alma set the tone for a nice stay. From the front desk to the restaurant, everyone went above and beyond to ensure that I felt at home. Their genuine kindness and attentiveness truly made me feel like a valued guest.
