The location is about 30m drive from the capital, the road there is ok (except maybe like the last 100 meters). The staff is AWESOME, they are very good with both people and alpacas. There can be multiple feedings per day, and after they just let the alpacas roam free and rest, drink water and enjoy themselves. The food is GREAT!!! Burgers, chicken, pork, duck, some great rice/pasta named Orzo, good coffee and great omlette for breakfast. Highly recommend!

it seems that they are renovating the rooms at the moment. I think I had one of the freshly renovated ones and it's definitely a step up from what people are describing in the earlier reviews. I didn't encounter any of the staff. the check-in procedure was done over the phone.
