Don't miss the inhouse restaurant. You can get an outstanding family dinner without spending time commuting to Brashov

Incredibly unique. Immaculate view. Tranquil scenery. Very quiet

I liked the location, the fact that they have multiple parking spots, we never had problems with parking. They have this inner courtyard that is very nice and you can sit outside in a small bar area. The personnel was very friendly and forthcoming. I didn't have high expectations because of the reviews I read, but it was quite a nice and comfortable room with a little balcony. Everything was clean and comfortable. They have 24hr reception area. You have to ask for the TV remote if it's not in the room and also if you want the room cleaned you have to ask for it specifically. The hotel is close to one of the main roads in Rasnov and there is a supermarket and bakery nearby. There is also a bus stop pretty close to the hotel. The citadel is about 35mins walking distance.

great staff and facilities good location for my visit scope

Everything was ok, clean room, stable wi-fi connection, nice breakfast.

Position and staff. I’ve been here since 2021. It’s about how you feel there if you are with kids and skiing. it’s perfect

Very comfortable and clean hotel with polite and helpful staff. A decent pool with isolated jacuzzi and kids zone. Meals was good prepared and very delicious.

The hotel offered excellent conditions, an impressive breakfast selection, and exceptionally helpful staff. Truly a wonderful experience!”

My husband and I spent two fabulous nights at Hotel Teleferic. The room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and clean. The view from the balcony is stunning. We had both lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant, and I want to highlight the spectacular service from the staff. The portions are generous—perfect for sharing—and the prices are very reasonable. The menu offers a huge variety of options. As for the spa, the outdoor Jacuzzi is incredible and a highlight of the hotel, as are the staff members, who were incredibly kind and helpful with all my requests. I had a 75-minute hot stone massage, which was amazing . We also enjoyed very good cocktails at the bar, which stays open until midnight. The hotel is wonderful for couples, friends, or families. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is great with beautiful view, with all facilities and the owner is a great person .

Everything! The room is beautifully furnished, the bathroom spacious and very clean, the spa is perfect (especially because it's not crowded - you access it inly based on a previous reservation). Breakfast was very good, had a varity of choices and the staff was excellent! We loved it here and we'll come back for sure :)

Excellent location, friendly staff.

Great location fabulous and exceptional service gourmet food

The staff were exceptional, friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The hotel has excellent facilities, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. Everything was organized with care, and the service exceeded our expectations. We truly felt welcomed, Yeah. And the views were beautiful. The hotel feels cared for, from the common areas to the small details in the room. Breakfast was fresh with a good variety, and the atmosphere felt warm and relaxing.
