A grade of 10 is too low for this hotel. The communication with the hotel before the arrival was very good. The atmosphere is great and the staff are super friendly and making an effort to help. The modern design that is kept very clean, and the breakfast.. this is phenomenal! . I loved every bit of our stay and I wish I could stay more in this hotel

The hotel is a modern building in a beautiful city. The breakfast was amazing and the rooms were clean. When we arrived, we had an issue with the AC unit, and the receptionist offered us a different room immediately. The staff was extremely friendly, and the beds were comfortable.

Great hotel: the rooms are modern, the bed is comfortable, and the rooms are soundproofed well (couldn’t hear any noise from outside / neighboring rooms). Great spa facilities: the saunas and steam room are great, the massages are amazing (highly recommend), and there is also a pool and a jacuzzi. It’s also nice that they have an outside area where you can tan, and they serve drinks / food in the spa. Great restaurant: the food was pretty good, we tried the included breakfast and separately had lunch as well Good location: there’s a shopping mall nearby Great service: all the personnel was extremely nice and welcoming
