Extra clean, excellent matress&pillow

The location. The help from the lady in the front desk.

Very comfortable bed, big size room, very nice location close the Unirii Square.

The room was very spacious and clean. The mattress was firm and the linen was perfect

Everything was excellent. Big, clean and warm room.

Friendly reception, very nice and cosy room. Excellent and carefully prepared breakfast.

The location and easy walk to cultural attractions. Far from bus station and airport tho.

Very central to the main attractions

One of the best hotel experiences I had. The staff is stellar, so polite, helpful, always smiling. 🙂

Excellent location and good facilities. Amazing food served by their restaurant

I liked the view , the staff and the room ! Everything was great !

Almost everything except for location being bit away from center.

Excellent bed, clean sheets and comforter and an overall good night of rest.

It was clean comfortable and staff members very very nice and helpful

In 2025, it feels like all major hotel chains charge you upfront, offer empty minibars, and lack any real liveliness. But Select Hotel was a refreshing exception. The minibar was fully stocked, they have a great sweet shop you can charge to your room, and the parking was excellent. Most importantly, the hotel actually feels alive—unlike the big chain brands.

Excellent location and decent breakfast.

Food, comfortable bed, polite staff

Staff - more than friendly and willing to help. Breakfast - excellent! Hot water, clean, warm rooms. New furniture, large table with 2 chairs. Small refrigerator. Cheap parking. Right in the middle of the town. Great value for money ( it is a 2* hotel!).

Excellent room, with all the facilities needed. The bed was super cozy, I felt asleep almost instantly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is on a quiet neighborhood in Iași, but very close to the Iași's center. I recommend to everyone this hotel. I surely will book here again next time I visit Iași.

I spent 12 days in a non-smoking business double room at this hotel! The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by an inviting atmosphere that set the tone for the entire experience. The room was nice and sparkling clean. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was well-sized, with everything I needed in pristine condition. I loved the complimentary perks, including fast Wi-Fi, bottled water, coffee, and tea in the room. Plus, the check-in and check-out process was a breeze, making everything smooth and convenient. The spa and pool offered a truly relaxing escape, and enjoying a delicious meal at the Panoramic Restaurant with stunning city views made me feel pampered and eager to return. The friendly staff consistently went above and beyond, making my stay feel personalized and ensuring I felt genuinely cared for! This hotel is ideally located, close to all the major attractions and the city center. I highly recommend it for an excellent stay!

Beautiful location very close to the city center. Clean and comfortable room featuring a nice design and panoramic view (from the upper floors). Friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast. We'll book again on our next visit to the city.

Very clean and very friendly staff.
