We stayed two nights as a quick stopover from Uganda heading to Kigali. The hotel is right on Lake Kivu, a great location with beautiful views. It was too windy for us to enjoy (I get sea sick) but they do offer kayaks and boat tours. The room was very nice, bed was comfy, and the shower was hot. Restaurant on site was great, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The breakfast was good, the view is very good, and customer care is good, but Wi-Fi had a problem was cutting off often, and the shower was licking aside. But in General we have enjoyed 👍

Our stay was very good. We were warmly welcomed and served with great care. Philip, Eric, and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant experience overall. We had a wonderful trip to Bugarura Island and enjoyed seeing daily life on such an isolated island. The coffee experience tour was also excellent. Our tour guide, Eric, did an amazing job organizing the activities and giving clear explanations. The place was clean, with a beautiful view and an amazing sunset.

I had a great stay at this resort. The price was very reasonable, and I definitely felt like I got great value for what I paid. The staff was so sweet and accommodating. They welcomed me in the lobby with a refreshing lemonade, which was a really nice touch. Everyone was friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast was really good, with plenty of options. I also loved that the resort is right by the lake, it made the views so peaceful and relaxing. Overall, the resort was clean, comfortable, and a great place to stay. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
