I highly recommend this apartment. It has everything you need during your stay, at least there was everything I needed. It was very clean and organized. Göran is a very nice host, he made me feel like I stayed in a friend's apartment. He's very quick to reply if you have some questions. They even prepared a short guide book for Stockholm. The location was great. Quite, close to the ferry station and bus stop. By ferry you're in the center in a short time. The bus is a little bit faster. You can go down to the beach side walk in less than 10 minutes. I'll definitely choose this apartment in my next Stockholm visit.

At first, I thought we were just booking a fancy house, but later realized that we booked an incredible view and the house was just a bonus. We spent three glorious sunny days (2 nights) there in the middle of April 2025. The experience only gets better when you walk around and discover more of the area. You'll find a mixture of pristine century-or-two old wooden houses along with modernistic glass & concrete cube houses such as this one. My oldest kid (a teenage daughter at that) immediately seized the master bedroom because of the giant closet and bathroom; only to say that she's never going back home again. My three younger boys played hide & seek for what felt like hours at a time. I got to enjoy the entire basement alone two floors down. The neighborhood is so nice and quiet. You get to watch the boats pass by from the house or down by the tiny pier. Someday when I grow up, I'll become a neighbor.

The bathroom was very nice and the king size bed was very comfortable. The room was oriented to the yard, thus very quiet. But even if the room is faced to the street, the traffic is low and rooms are quiet. The internet was working without any problems. The staff in the hotel is extremely friendly and prone to help. The breakfast was outstanding - for me one of the best ones I have ever had in a hotel! In the offer there is cold and warm buffet, wonderful selection of muesli and corn flakes with various nuts, amazing! Cheeses and fresh vegetables were outstanding quality :-) Both filter and espresso coffee, loose leave tee. At the end fabulous selection of cakes, therefore when planning to stay in Ruth hotel, don't forget to book the breakfast!

Staff, food (breakfast, Fika and dinner), rooms all amazing. Everything worked perfectly in the room, functional and efficient. Bed very comfy Restaurant ambience is lovely, even when busy it feels laid back, all the food is first rate. Wonderful bread, soups, mains and salads all included in the room rate which was fantastic value! We bought house wine and beer/G & T at the bar, quite expensive but no more than anywhere else in Stockholm. Nearby very nice walk around lake, even had an early swim. City accessible by tram/train but we mostly used taxi to stop 1 on hop on hop off bus/boat - loved that!! To be fair we had wall to wall sunshine for our 3 night stay , beautiful blue skies!

    A beautiful place for a summer trip to Stockholm, using the local ferry to the city center is so easy and affordable, the best way to travel. However, the local buses stop early evening and are at the top of a steep hill. The hotel has a fabulous restaurant on the quay beside the ferry stop, with excellent food and overlooking the water.

    The host was really accommodating and helpful. Soleil responds really quick to questions even prior to my booking. During my arrival I missed the bus stop and the host was kind enough to offer his assistance in picking me up on the next stop. Everything was smooth. He is kind and easy to deal with. The place is decent. If you just need a good place to stay without the thrills and frills of hotel amenities. This is a good option. Good value for money.

    Very good location close to the city center. Just 15min away. Free parking which is great when you visit Stockholm by car. Spacious room, kitchen well equiped. Bathroom a bit small but has everything you need.
