Very friendly French staff. They made me feel at home immediately. Very relaxed. Nice clean rooms, with a little safe. Close to the beach in a quiet environment. And of course French kitchen. Basically it was all more then good.

Me and my partner got a One Bedroom Villa with Jacuzzi. Villa is very spacious you can do anything. Has own kitchen too. At the moment no breakfast, I cooked my own. I loved the place. ❤️ much specially the kitchen because I cooked a lot during my stay. Near to grocery stores like Makro, Super Cheap and wet market. I loved the pool too. The place has their own motorbike rental in a reasonable price. Rented for 8days as exchange you need to leave your passport. Gas station near by. Easy access to Kata and Karon beach. You can walk or have a run during sunset. To avoid checkpoints, don’t go to Patong Bangla road. If you get caught, fine is on it. Recommended places to have a ride, Old Phuket town, Chalong and Rawai. Less checkpoints. I drove a lot during my stay! Drive Safely. And the place offers laundry services too. 60 baht per kilo. You will get it next day. Staffs are very friendly and kind. They dont speak english much. So be gentle to speak to them slowly for they will understand. All in all I enjoyed my stay. I believe in first impression lasts. That why I will come back! Great Job, KataTranquilVilla team. Keep it up! ❤️ best 9nights I had.

The property is super clean! Didn’t see any cockroaches didn’t see any pests at all! The room service is excellent. The staff comes in to clean every day on time. Hasn’t been a single day when I felt like the staff weren’t doing their best to make our trip perfect. The receptionist Bua was an absolute delight! She gave excellent recommendations for attractions, helped us book trips, suggested excellent activities throughout the trip, helped us iron out the wrinkles with some problems in our event bookings. Absolutely would stay again

All staff members were excellent; including maid service, security and maintenance. Two staff members I would like to mention in particular were Charlene and Touc. From the first to the last moment I dealt with Charlene she was extremely: efficient, professional, kind, friendly, courteous and helpful. She went out of her way on several occasions to help me and answer my questions. Touc was also extremely helpful, courteous and efficient; in particular when booking a multitude of activities through the Proud Karon he handled it in a clear, concise, efficient and rapid manner. I would STRONGLY recommend Charlene and Touc for any supervisor or manager positions that may / will occur with your organization now and in the future.

Spotless clean and comfortable room with private entrance (good privacy) very pleasant small terrace in front of the room to enjoy the breeze. Gorgeous breakfast as i’ never seen before with that quality as the buffet offers great varieties for vegetarians as well as non vegetarians. Fruits and vegetables are fresh, rice very good. coffee also very good and free all day long. And breakfast is available till 2pm so it’s really a big plus as one can wake up late without fear of missing breakfast !

    Sun (the manager) and his amazing team treat you like family instantly and you honestly feel that the hotel is your Thai home. My family and I will never forget the wonderful facilities, food and warm feeling we received from everybody at the Pacific Club. My sons wanted me to mention Ron and Joso who made their stay by always stopping for a chat. I could not recommend to a family a better hotel in Phuket. Each evening you can ask reception to organise a tuk tuk to take you to Karon main strip for a couple of pound and on a Tuesday and Friday there is a fantastic night market at the temple. Well worth checking out. The best places to eat (apart from thd lovely menu at the hotel) are the tiny restaurants down the side streets. The ones with 2 or 3 tables and plastic chairs where you can see the chef. We ate some of the best food of our lives for unbelievable prices. Leaving a tip in these places goes a long way!

    Karon is ok as it's not as busy as Patong. but at the same...

    Karon is ok as it's not as busy as Patong. but at the same time you're 30 mins away from all the action in patong. you have to take a taxi everytime you want to do anything in Patong. So factor that in your decision. I recommend it if you lean more into relaxing inside the resort. But if you're the type of person who likes to explore everyday I recommend a more central beach like Patong

    We were there several times, we stayed with a host who had accommodations right by the beach, and a little further away. So we experienced both the noise and nightlife around the beach, as well as the silence of the side streets. The accommodation by the beach was quiet enough not to disturb us at night. The beach is very nice, especially the sunsets which are gorgeous. During the rainy season, the weather is more chaotic and the waves are high, so it's important to follow the lifeguards' instructions or watch the flags. It's worth a visit and the time spent there.

    We didn’t spend so much time in Karon Beach. We hired a scooter for 300 bahts 150cc. And went to Kata beach!!! it was much better fantastic beach had a great time with waves. Karon beach is also good. It has beach wall and a lot of restaurants and bars by the beach.

    I think it was value for money.

    I think it was value for money. I can't find anything to complain about given what I paid and what I received in return. The staff were very friendly. The room was good. I think this hotel is a very good deal.

    There really is little of interest in Karon Beach .

    There really is little of interest in Karon Beach . It is full of eastern europeans and the beach is filthy. The shopping is of low quality with no real interest regarding Thai handicrafts etc. Its all massage parlours and cheap reataurants all selling the same menu items. I wont return . This is not Thailand.

    Well I've been visiting phuket for the last 10 years and that's the first time I stay in the Le Meridian, well I'll make it a short as possible, worth it, beach, the suit, we upgraded to King suite with ocean view, the hotel is getting renovated, so the rooms and balcony is clean and new, close to patong, will cost you only 270 to get there one way, the food is not bad in the restaurants, nice pools and sitting areas, it was my wedding anniversary, so they surprised us with a nice cake.

    Very good hotel, the rooms are very large and modern with all new furniture’s, the staff service very high standard I used the free shuttle which was surprise that it goes to four popular tourist areas in the island including Phuket town, the breakfast was very good I like the variety and quality of the food, the beach is very near only one minutes walk, very good and peaceful hotel with great service I will go back next time.

    The owner Dave is a very nice guy. The room we stayed in was really spacious, comfortable and quiet with a nice view of the mountain. Great location close to Karon beach, banks, 7-11, bars and restaurants. Less than 10 min walk from the Smart bus stop which runs up and down the west side of the island for 100 THB. A public bus to Phuket town stops on the road where the hotel is located and only costs 40 THB.
