    It is useful to note that there are multiple long boats and piers to access Railay. The safest route is to the east beach from Ao Nammao pier where you can safely park a hire car for a reasonable cost. If you don’t have your own transport, there are various options such as taxis. I ripped a pair of shorts at another pier which is not a great setup.

    Railay was one of my favourite locations during our month...

    Railay was one of my favourite locations during our month long holiday. We stayed here for 4 nights, I would have stayed longer. I loved the laid back feel of the town, everything is in walking distance.

    Beautiful spot for a beach holiday.

    Beautiful spot for a beach holiday. The landscape is totally stunning. Railay Beach is very touristy during the day though, since most boats from the mainland arrive on that side of the peninsula. I would recommend to spend some time walking towards the south beach of Phra Nang Beach which is a lot quieter and has some pretty amazing rock formations right in front of it.

    The majestic cliffs that meet the water are stunning ! Easy to get get boat to phi phi islands and other islands for a day trip . Great freash grilled daily caught seafood on the walking street . Get up early to enjoy this stunning location without the crowds . It gets too crowded mid day

    We had 3 nights here but in truth could have done 2 nights.

    We had 3 nights here but in truth could have done 2 nights. The staff are amazing though. We had a wary flight to catch from Krabi. We were quite worried about making it in time, but the hotel provides a boat and a van on the main Island to take you to the airport. This was not only put our minds a peace it’s also ran so smoothly. All in all worth a visit as the scenery is stunning, but we felt 2 nights would have been enough.

    Beautiful location.

    Beautiful location. Phra Nang beach is a must go to, simply stunning. The beach village is ok, not too much to do but coming to pick a restaurant at the food street. Being on a side resort watching the view was an amazing experience.

    Superb jungle location at far end of Railay East beach (15 minute walk to Railay West and Phang Nga). Lovely bamboo cottages on hillside. Very comfortable room and bathroom. Incredible infinity pool with great view and lots of excellent sun loungers. Very good breakfast and restaurant. Very helpful staff. Free transfer boat from Krabi pier (check times).

    We have been traveling accross Thailand celebrating my wife's birthday and it was the least liked hotel we stayed at on the full trip. I am trying to find something positive about our stay, but it is not easy. I would say it is very close to the East pier, so easy to walk from the boat to the hotel. Just a 3min walk.

    Location is superp! It's the first hotel you'll see when arrive by boat and walk from the pier. You can walk through the hotel to another side of the beach west-east. And it is just few steps to the walking street! Plus, we can go to other places in Reiley very easily. So, best location!

    Private Cottage was amazing, restaurant was great! NYE event was perfect! Staff were lovely and kind! We stayed there for 6 nights, it truely was amazing! Super easy transfer to ao nang beach and hotel had amazing transport service to Krabi Airport.
