It is very relaxing and comfortable. The staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is great. The thermal hot tub was very special together with the Turkish bath.

The spa is the star..i wondered about the high price point but it was defintiely worth it given the world class spa experience with heated pools including massage jets, turkish bath, sauna, steam room and massage therapy!! There is even a state of the art gym :)

Very nice family hotel, our children loved the pools and we loved the Bali massages! There was a huge selection of food for breakfast and dinner and we enjoyed having so many choices.
