The hotel staff was very helpful. they also helped me to find the local public transport. Remember if you are traveling to Eskisehir you will not get Public transport information on Google Map so Hotel staff helped me also with this.

The room was large, warm and comfortable, easy walking distance from all the sights I wanted to visit, with a great selection of eateries nearby. I especially liked that there was an armchair in the room.

All related the facilities is good, walking distance to espark shopping mall and could find all amenities nearer and also able to reach the speed train by walking.

The design is modern which is rare in the area The location is perfect near the OMM museum and they offered free entry for the hotel residents 👌 The staff are very helpful and friendly. As we enjoyed our 2 nights we extended our stay one more night🥰

Reception is amazing, took me to the restaurant to have a cafe latte because my room wasn’t ready. I felt very welcomed. I will definitely be back and recommend this hotel. It is worth the money!

Basically it was a great hotel that delivered what they promised without exceptions and any problems whatsoever. The bed was excellent firmness and as big if not bigger than it was written too. The tv is as they show it in the pictures, usable.The lighting is superb, rather than a lightbulb there are LEDs (i think) that give the room a warmer kind of light (I have eye problems at sun and any lighting in general but this lighting was perfect for me). The hue at night when the light is on in the room looks just like the hue it has at daybreak. As I said, there were no major faults and then you consider the price it is a sweet deal for the quality.

The room is very spacious and the bed is comfy! I had a balcony which is important to me 😌 Most importantly the staff were really really helpful Münire was the best! She was very helpful on so many levels - such a sweetheart ♥️ The hotel is located in the city center almost everything is a 15mins to 20mins walk from there!
