The place was clean, close the the airport and the host were very welcoming. I love the airport shuttle. The host were on time to pick up and drop off. Always answered the phone and kept contact the day I got there to ensure landing times etc. Would definitely recommend.

They do not respond to phone calls. I requested a pickup from the airport since they supposedly offered a free shuttle service. I tried to confirm, and left multiple messages with no response. There was no pickup. A friend had to be called for the pickup, went to Monticristo and the place was vacant with no one around and the gate was closed. Someone showed up and said they would explain, but we had no confidence in the place anymore and left and went to a different hotel nearby that had proper service.

    Piarco is close to the airport,two nice malls and several restaurants. No real sights to see unless you drive a bit but that can be arranged. Sightseeing wasn't part of our plans. I am very familiar with the area and had a car.i felt safe parking at the hotel .

    Okay-ish hotel. Very bad for safety reasons. A driver who dropped me to the airport extracted my number from private booking records and sent inappropriate messages. Total breach of privacy and a big compromise of my safety. Utterly distasteful and disgusting behavior by both the receptionist staff and the driver

    I liked the peacefulness and cleanliness.

    I liked the peacefulness and cleanliness. The pool was great, room has well décor. We purchased food before we reached but they didnt even have drinks available or ice or even bottled water. I would avoid booking a room without a fridge.

    This hotel is a great option for a short stay-over near the airport. Staff are wonderful and super helpful and the room is well appointed. The all-day coffee option is excellent and the bed was very comfortable. I would gladly stay here again for a short layover.

    Everything correct. A budget place by the hotel with a free shuttle . Exceeded our expectations actually. They booked us a TTride share taxi to our next destination which was miles cheaper than any other taxi so thankyou very much !

    The Hotel was beautiful and clean. Staff were very polite and helpful. Bedroom was spacious and clean. Location quiet and private. They had a very classy pool/bar/restaurant area.
