Located in Sou Sou Lands, Our Sanctuary is right in the middle of Bucco Bay and Little Rockly Bay where you can enjoy the beach. Free WiFi access is also available at this property. A very nice, clean, enjoyable and relaxing place. Not forgetting the most friendly, kind and welcoming hosts.
This oceanfront resort is set in Scarborough, Tobago, just 5 miles from the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived at the hotel earlier than expected, and were allowwd to use the facilities. The check-in staff found us at the pool once the room was ready. Lovely beach with security at either end. My toddler loved the hens in the garden and the birds at breakfast. The cook made us Sada roti on request even though it was not on the menu. The pool is fab and the swim up bar an added treat. Lots of parking . We had the breakfast only option and it was varied and tasty. A mix of hot local and international food.

Located in Scarborough, 3.7 mi from Diamond, Wallace Holiday Apartments features a garden and free WiFi. Each unit is fully fitted with a washing machine, a satellite flat-screen TV, a sofa and desk. The residence was clean and serene, close proximity to Scarborough and surrounding areas and Ms. Wallace was very helpful and curteous.....will definitely be visiting again!
Located in Scarborough, Michael's Tropical Suites provides accommodations with private balconies. The guest house features an outdoor swimming pool and a shared kitchen and free WiFi. The host was very attentive, the furniture and interior were top quality, and the place was immaculately clean! All of this AND a beautiful pool! Fantastic value! This is a gem that I'll definitely be visiting again soon. Thank you Mathaus!
Onelovecottage upstairs apartment is located 3.1 mi from Scarborough and 7.5 mi from Crown Point airport. We love the hospitality of our hosts Tina and Lion. They gave us bananas and figs from their land. The scenery is excellent. Our hosts are helpful with directing us around to various tourists spots. Tina and Lion was very helpful and kind during our entire stay here. Tina picked us up at the airport and brought us to onelovecottage. After she picked us up she took.us to Churchs chicken drive thru.
A very clean city, with polite drivers. A diversity of eating and drinking places that are affordable. We found the Bar Code soca bar served fantastic meals. The Pigeon Point Heritage Park alone can be an entire holiday: wind surfing, glass bottom boat coral watching (a bit of a disappointment), and visiting an uninhabited No Man’s Land where the vendors sold unsavoury food! The park has the best beach in Tobago and its grounds manicured and beautiful.
Scarborough is a beautiful place to visit with lots of outdoor activities: hiking, snorkeling, and bird watching. Lots of variety in local food without the hefty price tags like other tourist destinations like Costa Rica. it is also very LGBT friendly and the people are very warm.
My views may be biased because I live in Trinidad. (Trinidad and Tobago) is one nation. I lived in Tobago for a period of time so it's like I ll be talking about my country however there has been many changes since developmentally, but the beaches are still beautiful, the ambiance is there. There are a few places that sell local dishes but one has to search for them. In Caanan , on Golden Grove road there,s a small place for take-away food and again on the way to Charlotteville three miles before there,s a spot for lobster dishes and another place at Gemmas for local food. These are the ones I explored .. The food was delicious Scarborough is just the main town. Food in the hotel restaurants is not cheap. You also need your transport.
All I can say is the people made the trip what it was. Kind and friendly people greeted us, made suggestions, and guided us. Local interaction was the best at the beach, restaurants, on the river front. Oh and the river front was very nice. Don't miss Pigeon point beach it is a must visit as well as Nylon pool. As far as favorite, I don't have a specific becasue it all dies in together. Four days was not enough.
Waves Restaurant has amazing food and great ambiance. Chef's food was the most authentic tasting local food. The Nylon pool boat cruise is a must! The beaches make you feel like you're in paradise : )
Tobago seemed to be very layed back place. I have been there countless times ever since i was a kid. Today i wish i could afford a place of my own. So that i can spend a little more time. But it a bit out of my budget.... oooh well... i would have to stay in Hotels until such time !!!!! 😉
