Not bad location, easy check in and check out

Service, cleanliness, convenience, staff

It was clean and the staff is kind and courteous

The quietness and the cleanliness in every hallway

Spacious rooms at a hotel near a beautiful lake.

The staff was good in communicating and also accomodating

The front desk staff and service personnel were very friendly and courteous. We may have accidentally made a duplicate booking, but the reservation team was very proactive in helping us without charging any extra. The hotel’s service was truly excellent. Highly recommended!

Affordable with super excited places only for staying and eating

The breakfast offers a great variety, with very good Western options as well as plenty of Asian choices. The layout and arrangement of the different stations are very convenient. The spa is amazing, the rooms are very spacious, and the location is excellent. Having an adjacent mall is also very convenient.

Incredible hotel!! It was once a royal guesthouse, that has been converted to a hotel. The facility is very fancy and well maintained. The rooms are huge with a beautiful balcony. The views are wonderful, there's a forest and a lake just outside. There's a pool and 4 fancy restaurants in the hotel.

Staff are friendly and have snack bar. Very kind to give early check in at 3pm instead of normal 5pm as stated. Aircon are cold, water heater are hot.

Clean, comfortable, and spacious. Nearby two bus stops, bank, and 7-11. Their breakfast buffet is great, there is always a new set of meals. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Right across the train station, helpful staff, spaciousness of the room.

Breakfast and snacks, comfy king-size bed, good shower and bathroom, super clean, helpful staff

Beautiful simple design. Very comfortable and chic.

The mattresses were the most comfortable ones we had during our stay in Taiwan. The view from the room was absolutely stunning. The swimming pool is a must-visit! The weather was extremely hot during our stay, and we really enjoyed cooling off in the pool. The neighborhood was great as well. There are several bars right across the street (we visited Sicily Jazz Bar to watch the FIFA World Cup), a night market nearby, and an MTR station within walking distance. I probably don't need to mention that there's also a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel, as they're everywhere in Taiwan!

It was very comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly

Staff, food, gym, indoor pools, spa, sauna, plunge pools, steam room.

地點方便，就在輕軌旁邊，更重要的是價格也便宜。以後如需要來台南或高雄，會再次考慮這邊。

Clean, good location, staff were really accommodating

In general, this hotel is comfortable and clean. It was a pleasant experience while I staying there. There is a nice and cozy located in the lobby, offering drinks, snacks, ice cream and steamed buns.
