The staff at the reception was very friendly and polite. The room was spacious and clean. No bed bugs. The floor was quiet. The price was reasonable than hotels in Taipei. I recommend it.

Clean, friendly staff, great location, room is spacious

The staff were so friendly. When we arrived by car at their door they helped us bring our luggage to our room. They gave us complimentary hand wipes when we checked in. The location is just steps away from flower night market. The breakfast was delicious and constantly being refilled. The room is spacious and clean. We felt very comfortable. We will stay here again. Lots of parking if you drive your car here.

The hotel was in a super convenient location. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was amazing. They even provided snacks in the evening !

Elegant and beautiful hotel, well located, comfortable

I have traveled around Taiwan for 2 months, and this one simply the best accommodation which I had! Spacious, clean, everything in the room was neat, great location as it is walking distance from the train station, and it is next to Tainan Park. The bed was comfy, the bedding was clean, the staff was kind and helpful during check-in (I advise you to let the staff know about your exact arrival time, so they can be present for you), and I could pay with card. There is a coin-laundry and a cabbage-bao selling lady just outside of the hotel, which both I was fond of. 10/10, simply perfect!

the overlooking and the room was very nice

Everything was perfect, the location, the room, staff and specially affordable. Its worth it our stay there.

Its near the train station. Very accessible.

This was probably the nicest place I stayed at in Taiwan. I paid a little more here than the other small room hotel / hostels I stayed at (which were generally the cheapest you could get something decent and small). So it was still a great value for the price - if you want to pay just a little more than some places - you definitly get a really nice place for the money. The staff were super nice. Everything in the room was clean and comfortable.

Was literally only an seven minute walk from the very efficient bus station. All of the seven staff front desk I’ve met are fantastic. Room is clean and abundance of water and snacks. We would come here again for sure.

The place was clean, the staffs are so polite.
