The location is perfect to get immersed into one of the more historic quarters of Taipei. Dihua street is 3 minutes by foot, Ningxia night market is about 5-10 minutes by foot. Ximending can be reached in 10 minutes by foot. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the space itself is very clean and beautifully decorated. 24/7 stores are closeby, so if you need something to drink at night, it is also no problem. Also the area is very well connected to the bus system, so getting around is no prolem at all. I especially recommend just walking north from the hotel until you reach the confucius temple (~45 min.) to get a perfect view of iconic Taipei.

For the price, the space and location to prime spots like Dihua, Chiang Kai Shek, the National Taiwan Museum and the HSR… this place is amazing. Three bedrooms, a great view, a kitchen and a great bathroom was more than we could’ve asked for. I’ve stayed at hotels in Taipei and nothing can beat the price, location and amenities of this spot!

May Rooms Taipei Main Station is located in the downtown area of Taipei with overlooking the historical North Gate and the General Post Office.

Great location. 7-10 mins walk to Airport Commuter/Express and Taipei Main Station. Buses are accessible also in the main road just 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel. Near NingXia Market. The checkin and check-out is quite different from traditional hotels but quite easy. Staff are responsive on LINE-APP. Will book again.

The location was great. Bedding comfortable. Air conditioning worked. Toiletries provided as well as a water bottle for each person. Staff did answer the phone when we called asking how to get in on arrival.

It was fair enough. Good for the price. It was really big and the staff was very nice though they speak no English we used a translator no problem. Bathroom had a nice tub. Soundproofing wad good.
