It was across the street from the center of the city..... There was a supermarket right next door..... If held on to it's over a 150-year-old charm.... Like everything else in Ukraine, it was extremely clean.....

As always amazing stuff. Place. Quiet place. Good price. Best in Uman to feel like home

Perfect location close to the main road, which made it easy to find. I arrived late in the evening, but the check-in went smoothly and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

We were there in the winter and there was a heated pool outside. The breakfast was very good.

Staff speaking english, good food, cold beer. Very nice and big suite.

I am very happy with my stay at River House. The administrators were very helpful and accommodating thought-out my stay. I am very thankful for all of their help. The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable, and I didn't hear my neighbors. It was perfect for me.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very good and fresh. The property is pet-friendly, and our dog felt comfortable and welcome. Everything was clean and well organized.

Central location, new, clean, friendly staff, excellent price per quality ratio.

The stay was great, but what really stood out was the service. The reception staff were incredibly accommodating and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Whatever I asked for, they went out of their way to help and make my stay as good as possible. You could really tell they cared about their guests. Some of the best service I’ve had at a hotel.

We loved the fact it was in the forest, the fact that the staff was trying two and a half times what was needed, the fact that it was clean and lovely rooms and working air conditioner and fridge. Very good facility overall.
