The place was CLEAN and well maintained.
The place was CLEAN and well maintained. I was impressed by the great customer service. The snacks were reasonable and the WALMART just steps away from the hotel ; just in case you want to get food that you can microwave in the room. The breakfast was fresh and had a variety of food for all special diets. GREAT EXPERIENCE

We visited this hotel on July 4th to get away from noisy...
We visited this hotel on July 4th to get away from noisy fireworks. Unfortunately, people were setting off M-80's until after 1 am which was extremely disturbing to our dachshund and therefore we had no sleep. During our visit, we visited the Salt Plains. There is a Sonic, a Subway, and a few convenience stores close by. Google stated there were a few restaurants, including 1 which had gluten free items but they did not allow pets so we could not visit them.
The hotel was quiet otherwise. I felt safe walking around. The hotel staff was very friendly during check-in and checkout.

To the city of alva...hmmmm....need more places to eat out..
To the city of alva...hmmmm....need more places to eat out... I know this is a college town and I grew up in this vicinity but, I don't want to travel more than I did to eat at a decent restaurant
