CanadaThe rooms are very spacious. It is a true suite with a couch and desk area as well as a very comfortable bed. There is a fridge and microwave. The bathroom was large with ample towels. The hot tub was great. The heated pool was beautiful but not very heated. Parking on site was convenient. Buffet breakfast included scrambled and hard boiled eggs, sausage patties and other regular breakfast items that you would expect. The hotel is walking distance to the beach and across the street from Fort Clinch but about a 10 minute drive to downtown Fernando’s Beach.

We loved that we were there in fall and not many crowds.
We loved that we were there in fall and not many crowds. We easily we able to get into restaurants, night and day. We loved the historical shopping stores.
We drove inland and shopped at TJ Maxx and Home Store and had BBQ in Yulee. It was fun to explore. Excited to see the Harris Teeter Store in the South part of the Island.

Amelia Island is a beautiful, mostly residential area.
Amelia Island is a beautiful, mostly residential area. It is not built up and commercialized like other beach towns along the coast. It maintains that 'Old Florida' character and charm, and the downtown area of Fernandina Beach is lovely.

It's a beautiful beach and not overly crowded.
It's a beautiful beach and not overly crowded. We had plenty of space to set up our umbrella and chairs. The surrounding community was beautiful as well and not overly commercialized like some beach communities.

The island is beautiful.
The island is beautiful. The ocean and rivers were so pretty. The state parks were gorgeous. Found lots of beautiful shells. Shopping the stores downtown was a fun experience. They are so cute. Restaurants were great. Nothing was crowded even during Spring Break.

Enjoyed our stay on Amelia Island.
Enjoyed our stay on Amelia Island. We didn't get to visit all of the places we wanted because the weather didn't cooperate! The beach was clean and enjoyable (we went when it wasn't too crowded). The restaurants were wonderful, great food! I thought it had a very quaint downtown area and loved visiting the shops! We went to a few thrift shops also while there.

We stayed here for three nights. The room was large with everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable. Each floor has a laundry room, the hotel provided us with detergent at no cost. Plenty of parking space though we were charged for it?
The fitness room was large, with modern equipment. It was too cold to use the pool but it looked clean. There are a couple of decent restaurants nearby, though they are expensive for what you get. A car is essential if you are looking to move around here.

Typical free hotel breakfast. We were upgraded to a bigger room with a betting view due to our tv not working in our reserved room. Right next to the beach with two great restaurants with ocean views with in steps.

The location is great, with the beach literally right behind the hotel. Really clean and beautiful, and the little boardwalk makes for easy access! Rooms were cozy, clean, and had a great amount of space!
