I haven't been to Bettendorf before but I was actually quite impressed. Looks like they have worked hard to improve the city. I'd definitely stay again some time. We went to an awesome concert, then a couple bars after the concert. Very cute and fun. We used a taxi service so that helped not to have to drive in the city or have to park. Worst hotel I’ve stayed at. Horrible customer service. Crystal at the front desk is rude and likes to hang up the phone on you when you call the front desk and when you call back she won’t answer the phone. If you don’t want to deal with an adult that behaves like a child don’t stay here. I’m a sports mom and I travel a lot with my boys for tournaments and this is the first hotel that I stay at and treats their guest like garbage!Guest review byAnonymousUnited States
