This place was so dirty. Worse travel experience ever. Horrible stale smell in the place. Hair in sinks and showers. Open bars of soap left out. Dust everywhere, rugs not vacuumed, stained disgusting towels left out. Personal items and meds left out. Stained pillows. Sticky, dirty light switches. We were given the wrong code to get in. Car racing near by and animal rescue so very noisy. We expressed our concerns right away. A cleaner came over and cleaned a little but still dirty. Kitchen was dirty (stove and microwave). We checked out a day early becuase we couldn't stand it anymore. The rental company, evolve has not reimbursed us at all. Booking. Com has not reimbursed us. I'm so disappointed
I would definitely not recommend Super 8 to anybody. My experience with them was totally unsatisfactory. In my experience they are liars and the service team was rude and unpleasant. The room was so much unsatisfactory that we did not stay. Then they did not tell me for two days whether they would refund me. I had to physically go back to the facility twice to get an answer.they said that they would reimburse me but never did. I had to go to my bank to report a fraudulent charge. We had to spend 2 days on the phone to cancel everything that was in the purse. Her phone, bank card, credit card, money, gift cards, drivers license, Medicare card and so on. It was an awful experience. We were both shaken up. I would definitely not recommend a stay at a Super 8 to anybody.
The fact you are renting a room at $155.47 per night wasn't my 1st choice. Everything was worn out. The Tub shower was so worn out you could see where they rubbed areas for a few decades out of the fiberglass shell. Not to fail to mention the tub was painted over previously and that has worn out. Pillows bedding and covers are old and the carpet was sticky. The handyman needs more practice on repairs where holes were, had been mudded over and painted with many painted drip marks . The ceiling has a previous 1 foot x 2 foot bubble that had been painted over. One way in or out and vagrants hanging out in the rear. This place Grossed me out. I got a notice the day of that there is no free breakfast or use of the pool the DAY OF. So no time to find another place using Covid as an excuse. But NO Discount for that. Everything else was booked up nearby.
I'm born raised here and I've raised all 6 of my own kids here We enjoy it here cause it's not a busy city granted there isn't very much here as in for a out let for our kids to turn to instead of turning to the streets the crime has went down a little more which is nice the amount of drugs well your gonna find that everywhere you go no matter the neighborhood or class level but anyways that's where my high concern an problems come into play simply because our kids do not have anything to do here it's a great place for couples that are older the have wonderful golf courses here so I guess I'd have to be me An be honest an say I would recommend it yes but I'd also be honest with whoever cause again it wouldn't making the move it be totally up to who ever
I had no idea that Casa Grande was such a bug city. They had every shop and restaurant that any big city would have. The people are nice and i found anything and everything i needed. The price of gas was 10 cents higher than most places in phoenix but still cheaper than some in phoenix. If you exit Florence Blvd and go east you have the out door mall with Ross and Ulta and similar places with restraunts that are big and small chains plus local. If u go west you have hotel options convience stores walmart home depot and anything from dollar stores tabd grocery to museums. I only explored 5 miles from the freeway so im sure there were many things i missed but i never needed to go beyond florence street to find what i needed.
Can't think of any fun things for young couples. You can tour the Pueblo Ruins if you have transportation and you can also visit the Promenade mall. Not much else to do there. It's more of a pass through place for going to Tucson or Phoenix.
Breakfast was really good. Waffles, scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, ass of juice. I was picked up in Tucson and driven back to Casa Grande. I asked for early arrival, but my room wasn't ready yet. They allowed me to store my luggage with them until I returned from breakfast. Went to Denny's, conveniently located in front of the hotel, and when I returned, my room was ready within the hour. Emily, the manager, was very accommodating. I had an accessible room and the bed was very comfortable...and the shower was good, too.
First of all the Staff was wonderful! The room was very spacious and I liked that we had a separate bedroom off the living area. The kitchenette was nice and well stalked with cooking and eating utensils. The air conditioner worked well and was quiet. The Fridge was of normal size and held a lot of food.
Casa Grande
Supplies in apt. Kitchen nice, good size, appliances, open and good for being social. The shower was nice but needs work. Need more storage, shelves etc in bathroom. Nice location, close to everything, but not the traffic & crowds. Seemed safer than a hotel.
Casa Grande
Location close to family, price was better than AirBnB, got to use the kitchen and living area; room and bed were clean and neat; we used the coffee machine, thank you! We were able to park in the driveway; lock on bedroom door; clean bathroom and towels to use;
Unit #77. location is good for Casa Grande. All the appliances, AC and WiFi worked well. Pool was nice kids enjoyed it. I liked the private balcony overlooking the pool. 2nd floor.
The location and how it was much cleaner and more up to date then other hotels we've stayed in
This is the nicest hotel in Casa Grande only because the other hotels are so bad.
The staff was really friendly, good central place in the middle of Casa grande.
Rooms were clean, beds very nice. I rated the hotel, not the staff.
I liked how it was an indoor hotel
