The Cicero area is beautiful.
The Cicero area is beautiful. The Salmon River Run Falls north of Cicero was very pretty. Chittenango Falls and the hiking there was awesome. It's a half hour southeast of Cicero. I was a beautiful drive. It was very pretty!!!!

Check in was great. Friendly staff and very informative.
Check in was great. Friendly staff and very informative. When I got to the 3rd floor where my room was, all I noticed was used bed sheets all over the hallway beside most room doors. It was a mess. I got into my room and when I sat on the bed (As we always do to test it out) lol, It felt like the bed was going to fold on me. Way too soft.
Overall rating for this hotel would be 4 out of 10

Liza the Wed-Sat breakfast person is the only good thing at this hotel. Day staff not very pleasant except Liza, who was cheerful and attentive. Room needed repairs, TV did not work, couldn't use Wi-Fi. Provided with a partial nearly empty roll of toilet paper when we arrived. Went to lobby for more and they had none till next day 9am. Desk gave us an extra box of tissues instead !?! Told twice they were booked solid. Tuesday breakfast was missing multiple items had to be requested or delivered. Hot items only offered Wed-Sat.

There were a lot of breakfast options, though I couldn't have the eggs because I can't eat cheese. The pancake machine was out of mix and I couldn't find the hotel person to add a new bag. Room and bathroom were clean and I had a great first floor room access. Checked in after 7:00 and the woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again on my way to northern NY.

The hotel is descent but if they are going to charge the rates they do they should have the amenities that you would expect or lower their rates. There are no blow dryers and no shampoo or bath gel. These items are not necessary when you pay a small amount but if your rates are comparable to nearby hotels then you should offer the same amenities.

We always stay here when in Cicero. The room is immaculately clean, comfortable, quiet and the location is great (close to everything).
The staff (front desk and housekeeping) are very warm, friendly and make you feel welcomed.
We highly recommend this motel to fellow travelers.
