The room was modern and large, beds were very comfortable and a massive TV standing right in front. Location was fine, I mean Petersburg is kind of a sad ghost town but the hotel is off the 95, far enough not to be bothered by the highway noise and convenient with plenty of shopping and restaurants around. Special thanks to Felicia who literally made our day.

Everybody was great. The staff was more than we ever could have asked for. Geri at the front desk and CeeCee at the bar were tops! Ordered a Hendricks gin Negroni and will admit that the pour was quite adequate ;) would love to pass this way again and stay at this historic hotel

The hotel was beautiful and the bed was heavenly! There is some construction but it had absolutely no effect on us. No noise or disruption near the rooms or common spaces. Really a special place! We would love to stay there again!

I was extremely pleased with the property and the efficiency of the Delta personnel. The open Pantry was a plus and the restaurant offerings were well thought out and prepared. The room was very clean, nice amenities, and very comfortable.

I was in town for homecoming. This hotel is the perfect location in Colonial heights , mall , restaurants , gas stations , stores and the school was a few minutes up the road. 20-30 min drive to Richmond not to far from from tidewater area.

The hallway smelled weird (assuming from carpet cleaner).

The hallway smelled weird (assuming from carpet cleaner). And it could use larger trash bins in the room. We didn’t love the guests smoking out front while we were walking in. There was only a pull out recliner, no pull out bed so a family of 5 doesn’t fit well.

Poor - What previous guests thought, 210 reviews

They didn’t serve breakfast, that was false advertisement. The bathroom was molded and nasty. No house keeping or fresh towels was giving. The pool was not open nor in working condition. Overall awful hotel stay.
