The whole town is amazing with historic buildings everywhere you look. Inside Shaw House Inn I love how everything looks like it’s from a museum but is well maintained and sturdy enough for you to use without fear of breaking anything. It feels extremely inviting and homey. It’s very clean. No mildew smell or dust anywhere. They had nice glasses, cutlery, and china for us to use. We were able to use the dishes and microwave to heat up our left over thanksgiving dinner. Our room allowed dogs and had an amazing heater and bathtub. The mattress and pillows were luxurious! The landscaped yard was super fun, it even had horseshoe for guests to play!
