The room is so nice! It’s clean and very comfy. The bed is so wonderful. Love the pillows. Waiting for the pool to open before I check out. Going to swim some laps. Also, the breakfast choices were delicious! Love the scones!

Staff was very personable & helped me navigate some questions about my room. The room had very nice furniture & bed linens. It was much nicer than the online photos. Also, the hotel appears to be new & everything was fresh & clean. There were more amenities in the room than was listed online: hair dryer, iron & ironing board, Keurig-style coffee maker with a variety of pods. I had a patty melt & fries in The Bracket pub. The burger had a nice charbroiled flavor & the bread exterior & fries were nice & crispy. The lobby had several large white cabinets with snacks, including ice cream. There was also a "Farmer" vending machine with things like "salad in a jar." I did not get the breakfast plan because I had plans elsewhere. They have a "medical" price plan since there are so many people that drive or fly in for treatment at one of the many medical centers.

Staff was very accommodating during our stay. Facilities were absolutely amazing. We were there for my husbands surgery, he is currently in a wheelchair, and our room was exactly what we needed. It was a quick check-in. The parking garage was a plus since we couldn't get his cast wet, and it rained our entire stay.
