I have stayed 2 times in the Red Roof My room was very comfortable.

The staff are friendly and accommodating.

Location, cleaning, good employees and reception, each day clean rooms and free water each day,

Close to highways, was very clean, beds were comfy, breakfast was a bonus but not the best hotel breakfast we’ve had

Very nice hotel, near the Natick Mall. Reasonable rates and very good overal value.

My son's had an awards ceremony/ banquet there. I had to fly in frim NC last minute and decided to book at the same facility that the banquet was being held. Everything was wonderful.

It was a nice breakfast, staff was very accommodating

This establishment offers an exceptionally pleasant and meticulously maintained environment. The attention to detail in cleanliness is immediately apparent and contributes to a welcoming atmosphere. Guests can expect a comfortable and hygienic setting for their visit. Such a well-kept location fosters a sense of ease and satisfaction. It is a truly commendable space.

The staff is great. They helped me with my early check-in and answered my questions about the city and the hotel during my stay. The room is spacious, modern, and very clean. There is a big mall with top brands (Apple, Nordstrom, Zara, Uniqlo…) in front of the hotel, and a shopping center with other popular stores (Best Buy, Michael’s, etc). There is also a Barnes & Noble next door and if you need to rent a car, Avis is just a short walking distance away. There is a restaurant in the hotel and many other options in the mall.

The hotel, its environment, staff, bar, facilities, location, all were highly as expected and related to its graded stars.

We had a great stay! The front desk staff were friendly and helpful The room was clean and had a microwave even though it said it didn't online. The plaza this hotel is located in was AWESOME... A dispensary, the BIGGEST package store I've ever been to, Aldi, and Burlington coat factory. You didn't have to travel out for anything you needed! The bar located at the hotel was cool, had a band Friday and Saturday. Get the fried pickles and sweet potato fries! We hit up the free breakfast both days which had an abundance of items. All the juice and hot beverages your heart desires! The hotel staff was very on top of keeping the area clean. All in all, we will definitely be back!!!!

The rooms were so spacious, immaculate, the decor was warm and welcoming. It was very windy and cold outside but our room was nice and warm. Great complimentary breakfast too. Very at night too.. We will definitely stay here again !
