United StatesMy family and I stayed for a weekend. The suite we booked was extremely clean which is super nice. The hotel is a 5 minute walk away from the beach which was really great! The breakfast was really good and the staff members were super friendly and helpful whenever we had a question. The view from our room was also an amazing! We will definitely be staying here again.

Strongly recommend this hotel, it seems like new and as such...
Strongly recommend this hotel, it seems like new and as such all was in good condition.
Only downside was our visit o Chick-Fil-a at Seawall Boulevard, too crowded, not enough staff, slow service and poor food. But there is plenty of restaurants to choose from.
We have done this getaway many times and is a good place to relax and enjoy the sea.

Staying in the Strand Area on the North side of the island...
Staying in the Strand Area on the North side of the island gives you a variety of shopping, dining, boat excursions on the pier. The East end is a different vibe, with beaches, restaurants, a helicopter tour, and a range of hotel types. It is a fun getaway, and I recommend at least a week if it is your first visit.

This time I was impressed with the service of the people working along the beach wall, every dinner and store people were more friendly than the other times we were there in Galveston quality and service smiles all friendly to us thank you 😊 🙏. The ocean, Motel Room, stores, dinners, we ate at starts with a kieth I believe. The ocean or beach, rides food good food everywhere down seawall st.

Galveston has a lot of sites to see. So many things to do.
Galveston has a lot of sites to see. So many things to do. The fishing pier that was across from our condo was fantastic so many sharks were caught and other exotic ocean fish. Pleasure Pier was even better with all of the rides and food and the amazing view. Rainforest Cafe was a must with all of my kids and the ride that they have was really interesting and we all enjoyed it. The water is a little brown but it's not as scary as some other beaches we have been to water is rather calm. You can also go pretty far out without getting too deep. We loved pitching our hammock Under the Pier at Murphy's and posting up there for a day in the water for some free shade. We will be back again soon.

Galveston is almost like any other city that you can...
Galveston is almost like any other city that you can continuously travel too without questioning if you would go back. Being from another known city within TX and able to travel to our coastline for an ocean view, while still being in TX is always great. Friendly atmosphere, people, and access to the beach 24/7 is also great. I tend to go to Galveston when needing a quick mental reset. I would suggest looking into the attractions and landmarks for reservations before just showing up, may find some deals vs. just showing up. I did not do all attractions, as stated above, its the RELAXATION for me.

Here I found nothing but perfection. The service is extraordinary, the house is beautiful, and the neighborhood is a gem. Aaron is an extraordinary person who was attentive to our needs; his recommendations exceeded our expectations. He also took us on a magnificent tour; my husband and I enjoyed one of the most beautiful sunsets in recent memory. Discovering Galveston and the interesting stories of ghosts and pirates with Aaron was a treasure.
He is an extraordinary photographer..
Thank you for making this celebratory trip a memorable one.

Felt like a home. My wife loved it as soon as we walked in. The location is great. Apartment was very clean, beds and sofas comfortable. Felt like a home from home. We will definitely be staying again anytime we come to Galveston.
