Had XLNT AC, plus a fridge, microwave, large TV, AND the room was well insulated and quiet. I slept soundly. Checked in at 1am, the lady was very nice and check-in took maybe 3 minutes total. Was shown to my room, very helpful because I was VERY tired. I highly recommend the Kansan Motel, great price, great room, booked thru booking.com.
