This is a very basic motel, intended as a place to flop for a day or two, and move on. It had that 'hotel cleaning products' smell, as do many budget motels. About a mile away are all the services one might need for food and shopping. One can walk there in 15 minutes on sidewalks if needed. Lunch and dinner restaurant is a five minute walk. NO BREAKFAST nearby without travel of at least a mile. It is near the river front path for easy access to the town by way of bike, scooter or skates. Safe neighborhood.

Given the great price I didn’t know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and clean. This hotel supplies disinfectant wipes in every room. I left an expensive iPad I got for my birthday and received a call from the hotel within a few hours of checking out. They held it for me until I could get back the next day. I would recommend this hotel to friends passing thru Morgantown.

Loved the spaciousness, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff and the convenient location. The breakfast was yummy!! For 5 bucks you cannot beat it! The restaurant across the parking lot(not affiliated I believe) was a fun find and delicious.... My husband always complains about hotels. He had not ONE. Our daughter will be a freshman at WVU and this will be our go to hotel! Quiet and well appointed.

The room was very comfortable and clean, as was the entire facility. The only thing I would recommend is the pillows need to be replaced. Out of the six pillows in our room, only one was not lumpy. We always stay at this hotel when in Morgantown and will continue to stay there.

Hotel is conveniently located right off the 79. Breakfast was simple , but hit the spot. Love the fireplace in the eating area. Management were right there if you need anything, but we need nothing it was so comfortable. Will stay here again for sure.

I have never stayed in a hotel with a dirty rug looking towel given for shower towels. There were one okay towel and the other one is as old and dirty as it gets. It was not cheap when I booked it. Will never consider OYO at all.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The decor throughout the hotel was very updated and stylish. The breakfast was very good, but the waffle iron spray was missing. We really appreciated having our pet with us.

Very clean, brightly lit and modern hotel. The location is perfect for WVU football games with the stadium about 15 min walk away. Was able to park and tailgate right there which was super convenient.

Wonderful experience, wonderful stay. This is our go to every time we travel to Morgantown. The cleanest and most comfy hotel I have stayed in by far.

My favorite place to stay in Morgantown. Easy to find. Close to what I need to do. Comfortable bed. Good restaurants nearby.
