The breakfast was fantastic. Waffle and pancake maker along with 5 hot items daily. These include- scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and sausage gravy, grits and home fries, On May 1st, 2024 they are changing their flag to Holiday Inn. The rooms are being remodeled. Many of us arrived to the Holiday Inn- stood in line for 30 minutes to register only to be told we were not on list- they were sold out- and Booking.com did not communicate the fact that they were fully booked. The front desk staff, Jayne , who served us at 9pm, is excellent and very reassuring despite Booking .com did not book the hotel despite the confirmation. Staff was excellent, especially Kayce and DaNeesha who were very friendly and helpful with information about the Nashville area. Also gave us a complimentary Uber ride for being an IHG member. There was security guard watching the parking lot at night that definitely made you feel safe. Highly recommend staying here instead of downtown location.Guest review byChris WLYoung couple

Breakfast was just like every other Holiday Inn Express, which is good, but wish they had bacon everyday!! We contacted the front desk. Within 10 minutes, a maintenance worker and housekeeper were to our room. They changed out the mattress and sheets!!
