They were exceptionally accommodating throughout our stay. We had a vintage travel trailer that they accommodated with an extra space for parking. I have a severe gluten allergy, and I let them know ahead of time... my breakfast was prepared with exceptional care to my dietary needs and was delicious! The property is absolutely stunning, quiet, and quaint. My only regret was that we did not stay another night to fully appreciate the peace and tranquility.
Not much going on in Orland, it's a very quiet town. That's we liked about it. We were able to get to Bangor in 25-30 minutes, and you can get to other towns with food options in about 20 minutes. It's very quiet at the Inn---just what we wanted. (And there are fish in the lake!)
This is such a fabulous place for the money. The rooms are a bit old fashioned, but sparkling clean. And the homemade breakfasts yummy. Owners and their sweet doges are wonderful hosts.
