United StatesCabin was very clean in and out. The amenities like a full kitchen with dishes, microwave, coffee maker, and a very clean and nice fridge. outdoor patio was a plus with the picnic table and charcoal grill. There was a nice smaller beach that included 2 docks that are quite superb and includes kayaks/John boats to use. living room was plenty big which also had a Roku tv to entertain when the weather wasn’t so great. Can’t say i have any negatives about the property and would not hesitate to stay again. feels like home away from home.

United StatesThis place is the perfect for snowmobiling. Phillips is a great location with beautiful trails and this motel is right off the trail and affordable. The owner was very nice. I highly recommend it.
