Had a few hours before airport shuttle took us to airport.

Had a few hours before airport shuttle took us to airport. Walked 20 minutes and found a cool children’s consignment shop with clothes toys and books (Once Upon a child), visited animals at the Petco, had lunch at Broadway pizza. There’s also a Starbucks, sub place, running shop and shoe stores, IKEA and Hobby lobby. Post office and UPS too if you happen to overshop and need to ship things home, which I considered.

Did not explore the area and was in Robinson Township for less than 24 hours, so I can't really make a fair assessment of the general area. The trip was business related. Arrived late evening, visited the company location for most of the following day and then left for home after business was conducted.

The front desk agent was not very friendly and approachable.

The front desk agent was not very friendly and approachable. There was a boil water advisory in the town that Friday, the hotel never posted anything in the hotel to let guest know until the next day midmorning. When I asked the front desk agent about the delay to warn guests, she replied " it's fine, we had some ice, no one got sick!" Terrible hospitality.

The hotel is located in a quiet, secluded location near the airport and is a very good alternative for accommodation before departure. It is about 20 minutes by car to the center of Pittsburgh. The breakfast was simple, but with enough choice. The rooms are clean, very spacious. I can recommend!

My husband and I used to use this hotel as our go to four years ago. It has totally gone downhill. The most serious issues were being harassed by staff to clean our room at 8:30 am and 11 am. Check out was at noon and clearly the room was still being occupied and was not checked out. Then the staff wanted to argue and accuse me of not being nice to them when all I did was open the door and say I was checking out at noon. After the 11 am incident they hung around outside the door for twenty minutes being loud. When I opened the door at 11:40 am they were barely leaving enough room to get out. At 9:45 am all the food was put away. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10am. The room itself had debris on the floor, marks on the walls and a bathroom shelf looking like it was going to fall. None of this was acceptable nor how a service industry like this is supposed to function. I paid roughly $150 for the night. Never again.

I booked outside of downtown Pittsburgh to get a lower rate, however do not feel the rate I paid matched the property. The picture of the patio is what sold me on the property, but it was not like the picture at all. Also, only 3 pillows per queen size bed. That would leave some with only 1 pillow had both beds been filled, however it worked out for us because there were only 3 of us staying. Also, I question whether the beds were actually Queen size, seemed small. The pool was outdated and rusty in places. It looked as though there was a spa/hot tub attached, but it was covered up and blocked off. The hotel is actually in the middle of nowhere. It was a warehouse district and the only thing close was a gas station across the street.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable which ensured a restful night's sleep. The room had spotlessly clean linens and fresh towels. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Value for money - you get much more than you pay for. There were no unpleasant odors in the room, everything was in perfect condition. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and carefree vacation.

Great staff, especially the kind gentleman who checked us in- so attentive and friendly to everyone. Great location- Tons of shops and restaurants a minute away. Great breakfast in the morning- and the coffee was always on. Stayed in another highly rated airport hotel nearby, and would recommend this one way over the other!

Staff was friendly in checking us in and when I forgot something in the room they were very helpful and we were able to arrange something via taskrabbit to retrieve the lost item. Hotel room was fine and comfortable and check out was easy as well.
