I love Storm Lake I was born there I lived there for a while loved coming back and visiting it's usually a very beautiful town. My trip was way too short I could've stayed there a little longer but had to go back home

The restaurant I went to for supper was next to the motel and had mediocre food with somewhat elevated prices. I should have gone to Casey's. And I wouldn't recommend going to Storm Lake, because all the roads in town are curved to accommodate the lake and are not well marked . I had to get on a highway marked south to get to the north highway I wanted,but no signs told a driver this. Very confusing town.

So my husband and I stayed in the hotel on Sunday June 2nd into the 3rd and I have nothing but amazing things to say. We drove over 20 hours from Connecticut and they accommodated us by letting us check in super early. Second off the first room they put us in didn't have hot water and when my husband went down and spoke with the front desk she apologized and moved us immediately. The room we were placed into was very cozy and clean. The beds were super comfortable and we had a great stay. The morning breakfast was tasty and so many items to choose from. The rooms were clean and the staff were super welcoming. Lupe was a joy and very kind. We definitely will come back and stay at this hotel again because of the service, the staff, and the kindness we received. The front desk agent you have at this location is a joy and you have got some wonderful staff. Thank you again for a great stay and treating us so well.
