The AC worked great. Location is great if you’re visiting Universal Studios. Gated parking. They have a nice breakfast selection with fresh food. The outside of the hotel is basic but the rooms are much nicer than you’d expect.

Location is awesome as the beach is just few blocks away, the neighbourhood is quiet and Santa Monica downtown is in walking distance. Breakfast was great and varying every morning. They did that. We also were arriving past midnight, so they arranged for a lockbox to pick up the keycard. Everything went smoothly. I couldn't be happier with our experience.
