As a frequent traveler, I was excited to experience the charm and convenience of this brand-new establishment. Overall, my stay was delightful, with the hotel exceeding my expectations in many aspects. Allow me to share my experience and provide an honest review of this new gem. Location and Accessibility: Situated in close proximity to ASU, the hotel offers unparalleled convenience for visitors seeking to explore the campus or attend university events. The nearby transportation options and easy access to major roads make it a breeze to travel to and from the hotel. Additionally, the surrounding area boasts a variety of dining and entertainment options, ensuring that guests will never be short of things to do. Ambiance and Decor: The hotel's interior exudes a modern and sophisticated ambiance. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was impressed by the contemporary design and tasteful decor. the property was extremely well kept, modern and stylish. the pool was amazing and they set out fresh infused water to drink in the hot sun. The pool bar served amazing drinks and the restaurant food (especially breakfast) was to die for! 10/10 across the board.

Went for Ironman Arizona and it is 20 min walk to venue . Room had everything you need.
