The spacious, clean, bright room welcomed us! a huge bathroom with a beautiful walk in shower. Bathrobes were provided, always a plus for us! Room had more USB ports / charging stations than you will ever need. Lots of other outlets, too . the pillows, always a measure for us, were exquisite!!!! full, firm but not hard. The TV in the room used “casting”, pairing with your phone so we could easily watch our Netflix, Prime on their HUGE. room TV the staff is more than accommodating; very helpful with suggestions. Set right in very walkable downtown Waterville, with many boutiques, restaurants, and an art museum A most welcome addition to the rebirth of Waterville!

We were both very pleased with breakfast, especially having meat-protein options along with the usual eggs/French toast, cereals, fruit, etc. The cinnamon bun was delicious. The room, as well as the rest of the motel, seemed especially clean. Bed was comfortable, room was big enough.

The location and having a nice restaurant on the property so we didn't have to leave the hotel was a bonus. Also, a wonderful surprise was the continental breakfast the next day and being able to eat in the restaurant. The wait staff was so kind and helpful.

Room was comfortable. Bed was exceptional - had a great sleep. Staff were very pleasant & helpful. Location was great - just off highway but you didn’t hear road noise. We would absolutely stay here again.
