From
United StatesThe apartment is half of a charming house. There is an apartment upstairs and one downstairs. The price is very affordable. It was very quiet at night, and the bed/bedding was very comfortable. We've stayed at hotels nearby in the past and preferred staying here much more. We liked the wood floors rather than carpet. The owner was very responsive and accommodating when we had questions prior to our stay. We definitely will stay again while visiting family in the area.

What Guests Said About West Middlesex:
Scored out of 10, guest rating 10
Fast, friendly front desk staff.
Fast, friendly front desk staff. Rob made our stay enjoyable. Husband uses a walker and Rob made sure we had everything we needed and offered to help my husband with making sure he did have a long walk to the car. The disability accessible room was large, had the raised toilet seat and grab bars needed for my husband to comfortably use. The bathroom had an ample supply of towels and toiletries. Breakfast was good and consisted of making your own pancakes (by machine), coffee, fresh fruits, muffins, yogurt (etc)
Bed was comfortable and had an ample supply of pillows.
The room was reasonably priced and would stay there again.

The worst toilet paper and tissues.
The worst toilet paper and tissues. Hot breakfast was terrible. Biscuits like hockey pucks, eggs were tasteless and turkey sausage was aweful. Vending machines had poor choices and didn't have credit card payment option.

They refused us because of our autistic son wanting to swim but not stay the night. Horrible staff horrible experience. I will never stay at ANY Holiday Inn because of this visit.... NEVER AGAIN!

Great highway access and close to my parents home in Sharon. We love that it has an amazing pool. We stayed at this hotel in 2023 and had a good experience. The main lobby is nice!

Our room was filthy and disgusting but after a day of 8 hours in the car we couldn’t be bothered to move rooms or hotels. The sheets seemed clean. But that was about it
